What is NPM-LA?
NPM-LA is the Los Angeles Chapter of the National Association of Pastoral Musicians. We are pastoral musicians—choir directors, choir members, instrumentalists, ensemble members, cantors, accompanists, and pastoral liturgists. We represent parishes of all sizes, as well as seminaries, schools and universities, religious communities, and diocesan offices.
The mission of NPM-LA is to serve the Church in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles by fostering a thriving community of liturgical musicians who share their knowledge and inspire passion for music ministry in the Catholic Church.
